Alternatively, confirm your booking by visiting our store in person. While we primarily accommodate in-store bookings, we do offer online reservations in specific cases. For online bookings, make an upfront payment, inform us of your selection, and we'll dispatch the item. However, we strongly recommend visiting our store to ensure a personalized experience and to secure the outfit of your choice as well as ensure the availability of dress.
How Do Returns Work?
Returns at LookOutfits are a straightforward process. All rented products, including dresses and accessories, must be returned promptly. Your bill specifies the designated return date, which is crucial to adhere to. It's essential to return the items by 11:00 AM on the mentioned return date to avoid incurring additional charges. Send all rented products back to our store, where they undergo a thorough quality check. Upon successful inspection, we promptly refund the security amount. However, if any product fails the quality check, charges may apply, which will be communicated to you accordingly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure a seamless return experience.
Is there any Security amount associated with Rental Items?
Certainly! Yes, there is a fixed security amount associated with every rental product. Before taking an item, you are required to pay this security amount. The purpose is to ensure the proper maintenance and care of the rented items. In the event that an item is returned in a damaged, altered, or unacceptable condition—such as breakage or noticeable spots—we reserve the right to charge an amount equivalent to the original cost of the product. Once we have your measurements, we offer complimentary alterations for all rented dresses to ensure a perfect fit. It's important to note that customer-initiated alterations are not allowed unless communicated in advance by us.
